I enjoy shooting new properties, love getting to see the views and detail of many high-end properties around Aspen and Snowmass. A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to shoot a stunning ski-in, ski-out condo in Snowmass Base Village for my friend Mark Ronay. I think the pictures speak for themselves as they showcase this luxurious, beautiful property.
It was great to have some time with Mark. He’s a dedicated, hardworking Aspen local, who has held leadership positions with the Aspen Board of REALTORS and several positions for the Colorado Association of REALTORS. I first worked with him last year when I shot his professional portrait. He understands the importance of putting one’s best foot forward in every situation, which makes him an ideal photography client for me. We enjoy sharing insights about local trends in real estate and swapping stories about growing up in Aspen. I’m thankful for the chance to showcase this condo for Mark and to share my love of the Valley with other locals.
The timing of this shoot was perfect. I was able to show the property at the height of its summer time beauty, which is sometimes harder to imagine in the depths of winter. The snow has come to Aspen and Snowmass in full force already, so it is fun for me to see how much has changed in only a few weeks. Mark and I plan to return to the condo soon to help buyers see how fantastic it is in multiple seasons.
